HAM BISCUIT PLATTER 
                Fresh baked biscuits stuffed with thinly sliced honey ham.
               
TACO DIP PLATTER W/ SCOOP FRITOS
                Our own seasoned taco dip topped with diced tomatoes, onions, green peppers,
                shredded lettuce and cheddar.  Surrounded by scoop fritos for dipping.
                This is always a favorite for any occasion.
   
COLD SPINACH DIP IN HAWAIIAN BREAD
                Homemade spinach and vegetable dip centered in a sweet Hawaiian bread
                and then surrounded by lots of cubed Hawaiian bread for dipping.             

ITALIAN MEATBALLS
                Italian meatballs cooked in a delicious tangy barbeque sauce.
               
BUFFALO WINGS PLATTER 
                Choose from our own mild, medium, hot, or hellfire
Served with ranch or  bleu cheese dressing and celery.
                Suggest approx. 3.5 dozen per 25 people.
         
MIXED MEAT PLATTER
                Includes Roast beef, honey ham, turkey and corned beef.

CRABMEAT STUFFED MUSHROOM PLATTER
                Large fresh mushroom caps filled with our own crabmeat stuffing
                and topped with a homemade mornay sauce.
                Suggest 5 dozen per 25 people. 

SHRIMP OR SCALLOPS WRAPPED IN BACON 
                Choose either shrimp or large succulent scallops wrapped in bacon and baked
                to perfection and served with a homemade orange brandy sauce.
                Suggest 6-6 1/2 dozen per 25 people
 
HOT CRAB AND SPINACH DIP served with sliced sour dough bread            

MINI GRILLED CRABCAKE SANDWICH PLATTER
        Our own special recipe crabcakes  in a mini bun served with homemade tarter sauce.            

ASSORTED FINGER SANDWICHES  
                Ham, turkey, corned beef, roast beef, and tuna salad topped with 
                an assortment of cheeses on a variety of breads.
               
SPICED STEAMED SHRIMP COCKTAIL PLATTER 
        Fresh steamed spiced gulf shrimp peeled and served with homemade cocktail sauce.
                Approximately 26-28 shrimp per pound.
                Suggest 3 pounds per 25 people. 

RED WINE CHEESE BALL PLATTER
                Homemade red wine cheeseball covered in fresh chopped pecans and
                surrounded by an assortment of tasty crackers.           

 FRESH VEGETABLE AND DILL DIP PLATTER
                A combination of fresh vegetables arranged around our homemade dill dip

HOMEMADE TUNA OR CHICKEN SALAD IN PHYLO CUPS
